What we collect. Information you submit through our quote forms (name, contact details, address, service interest, project details), and standard website usage data collected by analytics tools. When you submit a form, we also record the first page you visited on our site and the website that referred you, so we know how people find us.
Why. To prepare your quote, contact you about your request, and provide our services. We don't sell personal information.
Service providers. Form submissions are processed by our website host. We use third-party analytics and advertising measurement tools (currently from Google and Microsoft) to understand how visitors use our website, including session activity such as clicks, scrolling, and session replays. These providers may process information outside Canada. When you arrive from an ad or a link, we keep the ad click identifier and campaign details in a first-party cookie and your browser's local storage for up to 90 days and include them with any quote request you send, so we can tell which ads bring us customers. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.
Retention. We keep quote requests as long as needed to respond and maintain business records.
